The Story of Urns by Heavenly Design

Sometimes out of the darkness a light will appear. With that belief, Urns by Heavenly Designs was created. Co- owners Jeannie and Darrell Johnson were faced with the death of a loved one when Darrell's uncle passed away in 2009. Darrell's aunt asked him if he could design a wooden urn for his uncle. Darrell, a longtime woodworker, was honored to accept her request. He created a personalized wooden urn which described his uncles life, telling his story. Each side of the urn was carefully carved to reflect the special man his uncle had been, a memorialization....truly, a Celebration of Life!! 

Urns by Heavenly Designs offer a variety of urns with heirloom quality. Each one is handcrafted and detailed to reflect the personal character of a loved one. Our goal is to have this special heirloom celebrate the person's or pet's life and to honor them into perpetuity.

Our staff and designers are committed to serving your family with understanding, by assisting you in the selection of a personalized urn to reflect you or your loved one's life. Our unique urns are hand-made specifically to order, therefore having slight variations and our finishing system is a benchmark of quality. We enhance the beauty of our solid woods to eliminate scratches and by hand rubbing the stain to ensure smooth, even color. The finish coat creates a tough, durable protection that provides a lustrous shine.
